Shipping policy
MIRA HOME SHIPPING POLICY
At MIRA Home we do everything we can to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
Delivery times
Ordered on a working day before 15:00 = shipped today. Within the Netherlands the standard delivery time is 1 to 2 working days. For Belgium, allow 2 to 3 working days.
Products with the tag "stock on its way" have a different delivery time of 7 to 10 working days. This is clearly stated on the product page before you order.
Shipping costs
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free, with no minimum order value. For other countries, you will always see the shipping costs in advance at checkout.
Shipping partner
We ship via DPD and DHL. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a Track and Trace code by email so you can follow your order closely.
Parcel not delivered
Should your parcel unexpectedly not arrive within 5 working days of shipping, please contact us via info@mirahome.nl. Our customer service will get to work for you straight away to find out what has happened.
Cancelling an order
Want to cancel your order? You can do so free of charge as long as your parcel has not yet been shipped. Send us an email via info@mirahome.nl or cancel via your account page. Is your order already on its way? Then you can make use of our 30-day returns policy.
Address errors
Always check your address details when ordering. In the case of an incorrect address that is returned to us, we will charge the actual shipping costs incurred for resending.
