Not completely happy with your purchase? No problem. At MIRA Home you get free 30-day returns on orders from our online store mirahome.nl.
Did you buy from us via bol.com? Then please contact us through your bol account.
How returns work
- Register your return by emailing info@mirahome.nl. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive a return label and instructions for sending your parcel back.
- Pack the product well: complete, with all accessories and, where possible, in the original packaging.
- You get your money back via the payment method you used, as soon as we have received your return in good order.
What to keep in mind
- Handle the product with care. If the product or packaging is damaged more than is necessary to assess it, we may charge for the reduction in value.
- Cancelling is free of charge as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Email us as soon as possible in that case.
- Received a damaged product or is it not working properly? That is not a regular return. Email us with your order number and photos, and we will find a solution straight away.
