MIRA Home returns policy

Not completely happy with your purchase? At MIRA Home you get free 30-day returns on orders from our online store mirahome.nl delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium. The 30-day period starts on the day you received your order. You can return without giving a reason. Returning is free of charge for you: you will receive a free return label from us.

Did you buy from us via bol.com? Then please contact us through your bol account.

How returns work

1. Register your return by emailing info@mirahome.nl. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. You will receive a return label and the instructions for sending your parcel back.
3. Pack the product well: complete, with all accessories and, where possible, in the original packaging.
4. You get your money back via the payment method you used, as soon as we have received your return in good order.

Refund

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after we have received your return in good order.

What to keep in mind

• Handle the product with care. If the product or packaging is damaged more than is necessary to assess it, we may charge for the reduction in value.
• Cancelling is free of charge as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Email us as soon as possible in that case.
• Received a damaged product or is it not working properly? That is not a regular return. Email us with your order number and photos, and we will find a solution straight away.
