MIRA Home shipping policy
Always free shipping
Shipping is always free, to the Netherlands and Belgium. No minimum order value and no surprises at checkout.
Delivery times
- Ordered on a working day before 15:00: shipped the same day.
- Netherlands: usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days.
- Belgium: usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
- Products marked "stock on its way" have a delivery time of 7 to 10 working days. This is shown on the product page before you order.
Track & Trace
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can follow your order.
Parcel not delivered
Has your parcel not arrived within 5 working days of shipping? Email us at info@mirahome.nl and we will look into it for you straight away.
Cancelling an order
Cancelling is free of charge as long as your parcel has not yet been shipped. Email us at info@mirahome.nl or cancel via your account. Is your order already on its way? Then you can make use of our free 30-day returns.
Address details
Always check your address when ordering. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we will charge the actual shipping costs for resending it.
