What to look for
- Size: measure the width, depth and height of the spot. Also allow for skirting boards and the space doors and drawers need to open.
- Open or closed: open compartments show off your favourite items, doors and drawers keep clutter out of sight. The Theresa sideboard combines both.
- Load capacity: if you are storing heavy books, check the load per shelf on the product page, where known.
- Stability: secure tall cabinets to the wall. Some models come with an anti-tip kit.
